The building's original timber bracing, left visible behind the glass of the shower

The building

We are inside Palazzo Giannattasio, the building that stands directly opposite the cathedral of Salerno, in the middle of the old town. Eight hundred metres from the railway station, and the same from the marina the boats to the Amalfi Coast leave from.

The rooms

Four. All with a private bathroom with shower. From 18 to 30 m² depending on the type.

Breakfast

Italian, served from 7:30 to 10:30.

Evenings

From mid-November to early February, Via Duomo fills with lit angels — the Luci d'Artista — and they hang right below these balconies. For dinner you walk downstairs: the family's restaurant is two hundred metres away.
